The framework derives all quantum entanglement predictions from perspective axioms — Bell correlations, the Tsirelson bound, no-signaling — with 113 verified tests and zero postulates borrowed from quantum mechanics.
Standard BBN predicts 3x more lithium-7 than we observe. The framework says the factor is 3 = Im(H). Zero free parameters. 8/8 tests PASS.
Most frameworks try to resolve the Hubble tension. This one predicts it. H_local/H_CMB = 13/12. If the tension goes away, the framework is wrong.
The framework predicts r = 0.035 for the tensor-to-scalar ratio. CMB-S4 will test this at ~35 sigma by 2030. A decisive experiment.
Grand Unified Theories predict stable monopoles. We've never seen one. The framework says pi_2 = Z/2Z, not Z — monopoles pair-annihilate. A topological argument, not fine-tuning.
